PCYP’s internship program provides interns with unique exposure to a wide-variety of cases, under careful and supportive supervision. Interns work closely with staff attorneys and clients on a range of cases, including name changes and updating identity documents, affirmative and defensive immigration applications (primarily Special Immigrant Juvenile, Asylum, U and T visas), public assistance advocacy, and prisoner’s rights.
